December 2 meeting
A Big Thank You to those who helped collect during lunch for the Toys for Tots program. And a Big Thank you to those who helped Donate Toys!
New Toy Drive is this Sunday, December 4th at 1:00 in the community room. We will be having pizza and a special treat from our little elf..... please bring your toy or item you purchased and we will wrap them and take them to Tri-Capp. If you can not make this, please send your toy with someone to be wrapped. ALL TOYS need to be turned in by SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4th!
SALVATION ARMY BELL RINGING! One of the MOST important club projects we have each year. If you have signed up to ring the bell, YOU MUST SHOW UP!
You may sign up for more than once, you may sign up with a friend, mom, dad, aunt, uncle, cousin who is not in Key Club....however, you may not have your little sis/bro do it for you. NO middle school kids...must have at least one person in High School.

Rake N Run- Sunday, November 6th. Meet at JHS - front steps of school at 1:00. We will break into groups and go to homes that have signed up to have their yard raked. There is no fee, however a donation is asked so that Key Club may give it to Riley Children's Hospital. Please bring your rakes, tarps, and leaf blowers. WE NEED ALL MEMBERS TO ATTEND! This project is a MUST!
Koats for Kids- We will be collecting coats Sunday also to donate to St. Vincent (soup and food bank)

Collection for Breast Cancer- Friday nights football game. Meet 2 min before the end of the 1st quarter by the middle school bleachers. We will pass bags at the end of the 1st quarter to collect for this worthy cause, sponsored by the American Cancer Society. See you there!

Highway Clean up
Thanks to the Key Club members who took part in the fall highway clean up. In less than 1 hour we had our Adopt-A-Highway cleaned up! You guys did a great job. Thanks for taking part in our club projects!

Class Representative Elections will be held Friday, September 23rd! If you are interested in being a class representative (a good way to get involved on the board level) please see Mrs. Beck, or any elected board member. Remember you need to be able to attend our Monday night board meeting at 6:00 here at JHS and our Friday morning 7:30 club meetings.

Opportunities for community service: attend Key Club Projects!!!
Sunday, September 18th- 1:00 highway clean-up- meet at EastTown lanes bowling alley- please wear old shoes and no sandals- projects lasts 1 hour
Friday, September 23rd- collection at home football game for UNICEF- meet 2 min before the end of the 1st quarter by the bleachers where the band sits- lasts 15 min!
Friday, October 14th- collection at home football game for breast cancer- meet 2 min before the end of the 1st quarter by the bleachers where the band sits- lasts 15 min!
Other opportunities-
Tues, September 6th- help babysit 5:45-7:00- see Mrs. Beck for details
Sunday, September 25th- Holy Family Church Picnic- need food runners for shifts 10-12 & 12-2- see Mrs Beck or any board member
As always, please see Mrs. Beck in room 205 or any board member if you have any questions!
Remeber class representative elections will be in two weeks! If you are interested, please let Mrs. Beck or a board member know. A class representative must be able to attend board meetings on Monday nights at 6:00 and all key club projects!

Pick up membership form and information sheet!- dues and form are due at the meeting or return to Mrs. Beck in room 205. Remember you must complete service hours to become a member!
