April 27th Key Club Agenda

NEW OFFICERS: (introduce yourself)

President- Sam Ebenkamp
Vice President- Maddie Messmer
Secretary- Lauren Mann
Treasurer- Lee Knies
Lt. Governor- Maddie Messmer

Self- Defense class- Thursday, May 10th 8-8:45pm at Health Point.  Free and offered to any Senior/Junior Girl.  Sign up in study hall.

Chalk Walk-  volunteers needed-  take the sign up sheet if interested

SIGN UPS-  we will be CALLING! 

Kiddie Carnival- Wednesday, June 6th at JayC Park (by the swimming pool) 12- 7.
Need HELP-  for the following duties:  working inflatables, bake sale, costumes, pet contest,
please bring BAKE SALE items by noon that day.... ex... 2 cookies in a baggie

Also HELP SELL kiddie carnival tickets! $10.00 book/1 per ticket (1 service hr/book sold)

Strassenfest-  Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, August 2-August 5
Thurs/Fri/Sat evenings need workers for putt-putt/softball throw booths
Saturday 1:30- need help to put on BiG WheeL Race- mainstage
Sunday 1:00- parade

SERVICE HOUR BINDERS!  take old sheets/ time for a NEW Key Club year to begin!  Keep track of your hours!  Remember awards are presented! 

If you have 25 or more service hours and did not attend the banquet, please see Mrs. Beck for your award.

One Day Without Shoes-  THANK YOU!


Health Fair- needs volunteers needed tonight- at 5th Street School
3:30-6:00 - duties include:  helping vendors set up and provide hospitality for vendors
6:00-8:15- duties include:  tear down, clean-up, help vendors

Babysitters needed for Monday, April 16th at 6:30- at 5th Street School for the Kindergarten Connections- you will go to the cafe and help watch kids...color, play games....last aprox. 1 hour.

self- defense class-  for those graduating or maybe Juniors-  looking at April 24th or May 8th 8-8:45 up at Health Pointe-

Elder Beerman coupons need to be turned in TODAY!  Thanks for selling, be sure to write down 1 hour for each book.

Sunday, April 15th- Clean up at Riverwalk @ 1:00.  We NEED EVERYONE!  This is a huge project with Patoka 2000.  Bring some work gloves!

Sunday, April 22nd- Highway Clean up @1:00-  meet at EastTown Lanes Bowling Alley

VOTE for Outstanding Key Clubber-  This award will be presented to the Key Clubber who you as a club feels has done an exemplary job for their club.  Club Officers are EXEMPT so please do not vote for: Maggie O'Connor; Maddie Messmer; Hanna Vollmer; Catherine Baker; Sam Ebenkamp

Appointed Positions have been decided:  Please see a board member if you feel you are not able to commit to this position.  Remember, you must be able to attend our Monday evening 6:00 board meetings.
